Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Grrl and sign in.
2. Tap Me (the circle with your initial, top right).
3. Under Your account, open “Delete your account”.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Want a copy first? Use Me → Export backup before you delete.

What gets deleted

• Your account, and every tracker you own, for everyone you share it with: logs, journal, appointments, events, guest lists, photos, children’s records, self-checks, posts in Circles.
• If you help on someone else’s tracker, you’re removed from it. Anything you wrote there stays with its owner.
• It happens straight away. Photo files are cleared from storage within hours, and backups expire within 7 days. It can’t be undone.

Can’t sign in?

Email privacy@grrl.app from the email address on your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.
