Getting started
Who is Grrl for?
Women and girls from 13, from a first period to menopause: periods, trying to conceive, pregnancy, after the birth, raising children under 5, and perimenopause. Partners, family and friends can follow along when invited.
How do I change what I’m tracking?
Me (the circle with your initial) → What you’re tracking. Your history stays.
Can I use Grrl on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with the same email; your tracker syncs. It also works offline and catches up when you’re connected.
How do I add Grrl to my home screen?
iPhone: open grrl.app in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome → menu → Install app. On iPhone, notifications only work after you add it to your home screen.
Sharing
How do I invite my partner or family?
Me → People and sharing → Invite. A partner can see and edit everything; family and friends see only the categories you choose. You can change or remove access at any time.
Mum isn’t on Grrl. How do I send her updates?
In pregnancy: Body → More → Share this week. It makes a picture with your week, baby’s size and your note, ready for WhatsApp or a text.
Events and groups
How do I make an event page and flyer?
Plans → Start a plan → An event page. Three steps: what, when and where, and the page address. Then add guests, send personal invites, and download a flyer with QR codes as an image or PDF.
How do guests RSVP?
From their personal link, or by scanning the flyer. They don’t need an account. Replies and notes come to you in Grrl.
How do I start a group for my team or class?
Plans → Start a plan → A group (18+). Invite members, then add sign-up rotas and events, and share them to your WhatsApp group.
Your data
How do I download my data?
Me → Export backup. You get a file with everything in your tracker.
How do I delete my account?

Only you and the people you choose. See our Privacy Policy.
